A king among butter dishes. 

Holds a standard 250g block of butter, as sold in the UK. Overseas customers whose butter comes in sticks or other formats may find their butter doesn't fit. 

Base is reversible: one way it has an edge to stop any butter escaping, and the other way it is more of a platform which looks nicer on the table...
